CMHS Class of '62 60th Reunion

The basic food costs are $27 per person for food at Sheryl's Friday evening and
$27 per person for dinner at Al Kalay Saturday evening; non_alcohol drinks served or BYOB.
Sunday Brunch at the Brakeman Burgers will be "no-host", but we need to know how many are coming.
Please complete the form & pay for each of your guests as well, if they are coming to the events.
If you want a printed booklet of the current alumni pictures and bios, the cost is $7.
Fees: If your book is mailed to you, $3. If you use charge card, 30¢+3%.
